When its signed that means you don't need to jailbreak to use it, so yess.
In my opinion this is going to be gay because now EVERYONE with sum knowledge will be hacking on the PSN. It will be worst than Xbox.

Well really, only the people that go on sites like these will be hacking. The casual gamers, which are the majority of gamers, won't even bother hacking because they play games simply for fun.

Its going to be 10x worse, as no additional hardware is required. With xbox you needed a JTAG, with PS3 now you need a USB to put the programs on. :420:
