1 on 3.41
1 on 3.55

You jailbreak your ps3, install the signed ftp.pkg, then data transfer to 3.55 ps3, hell of a lot easier than your method

No you just wait 4 a signed version, put it on a usb, put it in any Ps3 and the Ps3 will recognize it because it has Sony's signature

We'll have to see, it hasn't been tested yet and that might not work
i'll have to download a mw2 patch pkg and try installing that from usb, i dont think it will work that way

It wouldn't work unless it is signed, but if it was, idk if it would detect a Mw2 patch lol

The mw2 patches are signed, i dont think its as easy as putting a signed pkg on a usb..

Actually, it's not, with these keys people can make a custom firmware update. You would just download it and put it on a pendrive and it would be like a regular update from sony. So someone just needs to get a custom firmware, sign it, and upload it. Then we download it, put it on our pendrives, and just pretend it was a normal update from sony. That easy
