I will like to sony patch this. Because they can't change the key because that will block all games and currently released games from working as the key will then be wrong. So how can they fix it now? And even if they deciede to change the key you can get the new key by using the same method as that is not patchable by firmware only by hardware.

yes indeed but the ps3 is old im surpised it took this long to get a lil info from thr fw but sony should jus realse a tut on how to use the keys and start on a new secruity for the ps4

well isnt that a good thing cause piracy is aginst the law in the U.S so yea if a tut i will to a modded lobby becuase i never did one and would like to have the power to do wat i want in mw2

Sony obviously doesn't care about the games that much. There main focus is not allowing another OS like Linux to be installed. It is up to the game developers for the game to patch the stuff.
My theory:
#1. The developers could just look for a checksum value and see if it's different, if so then it automatically deletes the data and reinstalls it.
#2. Also, they could make sure certain values are in certain places.

Guys don't start a conflict when we don't even know how to use these keys yet. Once we actually get somewhere with them, then that would be more of an ideal time. But what if these keys require something else to sign something that we can't get? Then all of you are fighting over nothing. So just wait a couple of days and see if someone does something with these keys.
