First off you'll need to download this, its a retail(official/signed) .pkg extractor: You must login or register to view this content.
Then you just extract the .rar with winrar or a similar program and run the .exe file and use it..
Here's a screenshot as an example, just opening a non-signed non-official .pkg of ftp server: You must login or register to view this content.
So if you sign it as official successfully it WILL open on here, and will work on your PS3 with CFW. This is due to the program being run off what the PS3 private keys are.

:420: Grand Tourismo HD . PKG retail installs and plays fine on 3.55 CFW 1.2 and also most demos do as well ive not tested Ps1 Games or PSP games pkg files and tried to install those on CFW and ALL THE PKG retail install but if they are not licenced to you they wont load even though you can successfully there is some anti piracy measure in place to prevent them from being executed within the PKG itself we need a tool to run a retail PKG through and have it playable on CFW and i bet WANINKOKO (creator of WAD INSTALLER ON WII) will provide that if someone else dont I KNOW HOW ELDOLARADO DO :catfight: LOL

Mhm, any official .pkg files off of the ps store or anything will always atleast install, but some if you haven't bought them won't work and some will.
