When all you guys go to delete your boot history theres another file in the same folder. The name is "explore_view.txt". That file tells your boot history file what to record the boot history from such as, Games, Music, etc. If you open up the .txt file and and remove everything exept the photo lines of code it will no longer record your boot history exept the photos you viewed. Unless you have some hacked/homebrew photos this should make everything alot easier for all.
*Tutorial*
Step 1. Download the edited explore_view.txt . You must login or register to view this content.
Step 2. Start your Ftp server on your PS3 and open your FTP client on your computer and connect.
Step 3. Go into /dev_hdd0/home/000000XX/etc/
Step 4. Delete your current explore_view.txt.
Step 5. Drag and drop the new one and your good to go.
Now your good to go and no more worrying about boot history!
this still doesnt work i dont think. I added the new explorer_view.txt, restarted and ran blackb0x and checked the log and it still showed i had run it

Did you clear your boot_history.dat? Those ids could be left from the last time you had run ftp before adding the new explorer. Its working perfect for me.
it saved, it says last modified 1/13/2011, does it mean it worked? i restarted my ps3 btw.
Boot up a game, exit , then open ftp and check your boot history see if theres any new ids if there is then you did something wrong if theres none they it works.
