Geohot also seems to have a good attorney who makes some valid points which can be read under the Geohot folder in Day 2. I will update this link every time a new document is released for the members who want to keep up on this case. Got the documents from psx-scene.

I have read through nearly all of the documents including Sony's legal motion and Geohot's attorneys response.
I have just recently posted a thread updating geohot's legal status. You may wanna check that out
But what I have read Sony is jeust effed with this case, it was already invalid but Geohot's lawyer response really do close the case so to speak.
