Geohot also seems to have a good attorney who makes some valid points which can be read under the Geohot folder in Day 2. I will update this link every time a new document is released for the members who want to keep up on this case. Got the documents from psx-scene.

Geohot has got this. Sony's argument is invalid. And Geohots attorney's have done a good job on they documents. The case is pretty much closed. If you have read the documents. Also I have posted some threads about it
