Here is what I see sony doing to prevent piracy and hackers:

1. when you log in it does a system check for current firmware.
- if you have anything other that their current revision. You do not get logged in, but instead get a warning about why you cannot log in.

2. Before you can play any game, it will check for which system.
- are you playing from the Blueray drive or are you playing from the HDD, if your playing from the HDD you will not get access to the system.

3. When you are confirmed as being valid. (met the two above requirements) it will tell you you must install the current patch, and will do so before the start of every game online. If you refuse, you get refued access to the online system.

That is their best way to proceed, as the CFW isn't illegal. but piracy is. Hacking your PS3 patches is not but it is Sony's right to deny you service for doing so.

U can get infamous, red faction, warhawk, mag, prototype, borderlands, and mass effect 2 (tomorrow)

Those online games have special checks to verify you are not playing a pirated copy. Sony can tell if you have purchased or downloaded they specially in the passed. As I was having an issue with DC online. They were able to tell me which of MY PS3s I downloaded it to, and what day and time I installed it.

SONY cant see non of those that you said, one reason is they are all in your system but the only things sony can see is wat your your playing and the Game ID. Its not like they put some kind of thing that monitors your ps3 the whole time cause that would be the stupidest shit for them to do, and it would cost them a shit load.

I have a second account for downloading psn games and i play them on my main account each psn account have 5 users it can have using purchased items.

How will sony know if its purchased or not from a diffrent acc

they wont be able too, they mostly wont do anything, i downloaded 10 FULL games from other people and i have plenty of dlcs and they havent said anything to me. but im pretty sure they dont check wat you download.
