Mr.Kane
Greatness
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); The PS3's best type of drive to use is a FAT32, most new Portable HDD's or memory sticks come formatted as NTFS, and most people have no idea how to format them to FAT32 drives so the PS3 will read them..

The PS3 does read NTFS drives but only if they are smaller then 4 GB, the tool below will format ANY drive to make it FAT32, I am posting it because I tried so many methods to make my NTFS 320Gb HDD FAT32 and came across this tool. It is a common predicament so here is the tool.

It has no viruses, I use it all the time now and DEREKTROTTER downloaded it from me yesterday.

Downloaded CompuApps SwissKnife V3 to convert my 1TB HDD exFAT to FAT32. It formatted it, but when I went to use it, it said it must be formatted. (which windows did, but it went back to exFAT)

So this works? and actually is usable on a bigger storage device?

There is no need for a program.

You can do it in the command prompt.
