In the 3.56 the main point was to stop jailbreaks. The reason they did this primarily (not only reason) was pirated games and software. Plus modding.
The reason you can't jailbreak on 3.56 is because they can check your system for anything that is not included with 3.56 and they will ban you. So ya ur screwed.

How do you have any idea that its "unhackable"? So wat if they actually start banning, someone will find a bypass...
