In the 3.56 the main point was to stop jailbreaks. The reason they did this primarily (not only reason) was pirated games and software. Plus modding.
The reason you can't jailbreak on 3.56 is because they can check your system for anything that is not included with 3.56 and they will ban you. So ya ur screwed.

honestly you don't know what your talking about WE HAVE THE PS3'S MASTER KEY WHICH MEANS WE CAN DO ANYTHING INCLUDING disable there detection software and give fake information to them like we never hacked all this update did was make it take more time. Every update past 3.41 has security updates in it and they ALL failed at keeping us out what makes you think this is any different. This site has been pissing me off with the dumb threads ever since cfw+mw2 hacks came out.

Yes! do not update! there are some threads that tell you ow to bypass update 3.56. and play online. I have a couple friends who do it and they havn't gotten banned so I would say its safe for now.

The ps3 Masterkey allows us to do anything to the ps3. we have as much power as sony does. all sony has to protect them now is there false claims to dmca and lawers.
