There is no way of bypassing it.

Basically, your only bypassing (Stopping) the Option to download the New Update.

But now that the bypass does not work, as soon as you try to sign in, there has to be a file on the ps3, that tells you are on an older firmware.

I just need a team of people to take a look into it, and to see if its editable.
