Im not a pirate so plz dont flame... since cfw has come out i like to download games and try them b4 i buy them, plus my harddrive can only hold one game at a time bc i have music and movies on there.

Too many people have done things jb hacks, they will not go to each console and check who did hacks etc, even if they ban just sell ur console and buy another one
