Instructions:
Disable any spoofer you have. If you use the vsh patcher then it's fine no need to reinstall firmware.
Install package file. Launch the SEN Enabler package and press square for SEN/PSN Options.
Press square on Enable SEN Access and reboot.
Done!

Notes:
When enabling SEN Access, it will take a few minutes so if you think it's frozen it's not
Reported working and not working on 4.66 Habib. Working fine on my Rebug 4.65 D-REX.

Edit: people are reporting possible ban risk. I suggest to read through comments before deciding to use it
Confirmed Working on: REbug 4.65.2 DREX, 4.66 Habib 1.01, and Habib 4.66 (Normal I presume)


Recommendation: If you are already on DEX just go to PS3ita so then you don't have that chance of instaban that this method may give some of you.

i disabled sen enabler and ps3 went off and never went back on again... i turn it on but no display, not even recovery mode... everytime i turn ps3 on green lights on but u cant turn it off by pushing power button i have to unplug power cord, no screen display,and cannot connect controller any solutions for this issue?

To all who have been banned, have you:

Hide syscalls?

• Put on OFW mode?
  
• Delete temp files? (Sony receive these when PS3's connection is enabled)
  
• Used Charles to block three URLs? (Are on txt file in rar)
  
• Used PRIVATE CID and not a public one?
  

I tested it on all CFW CEX and some friends on DEX, worked on all fine WITHOUT ANY OTHER SPOOF ENABLED (I'm on Habib Cobra 4.66), disable it before because you can receive some errors, i told it when v5.8.0 was released

Nothing works 100% to avoid bans, simply use all with caution, this tool helps to decrease it

Charles Proxy is very useful along with SEN Enabler, i'm online since 2 years with my private CID and without any ban, my friends too, if you try to log in on SEN without Charles and without delete temp files, you will be banned because Sony can see what launched on your PS3 (mm, Iris Manager, etc...), Charles and delete temp files block this

Is impossible to brick your PS3 with SEN Enabler, you can get RSOD/BSOD if something goes wrong while is spoofing and you need to reinstall your CFW from Recovery Menu to fix it, but i didn't get this in any moment since v5.6.0
