Instructions:
Disable any spoofer you have. If you use the vsh patcher then it's fine no need to reinstall firmware.
Install package file. Launch the SEN Enabler package and press square for SEN/PSN Options.
Press square on Enable SEN Access and reboot.
Done!

Notes:
When enabling SEN Access, it will take a few minutes so if you think it's frozen it's not
Reported working and not working on 4.66 Habib. Working fine on my Rebug 4.65 D-REX.
Not a new version, just bringing it to people's attention about a fix right now. @KHATPHAT

Edit: people are reporting possible ban risk. I suggest to read through comments before deciding to use it
Confirmed Working on: REbug 4.65.2 DREX, 4.66 Habib 1.01, and Habib 4.66 (Normal I presume)


Recommendation: If you are already on DEX just go to PS3ita so then you don't have that chance of instaban that this method may give some of you.

Works on Habib 4.66 1.01 CEX Spoofed to 4.70, Working Fine, Have been Playing for 5 hours Already no Ban, Also Restarted My Console to Check, Still no Ban.. Anyways Do U Think PS3 Ita Would Have Less Chances of Getting Banned, If it does Just Tell me What Firmware is it PS3ita 4.65 DEX Spoofed to 4.70?

ANNOUNCEMENT!
The SEN Enabler doesn't allow PSN Access on 4.66 Habib Cobra Cex, so i was on the 4.66 Habib Cobra Cex and i went into SEN Enabler PKG and i pressed Square for SEN/PSN Options, then i went to Custom Spoofer and it spoofed my ps3 system to 4.70 and it told my to reboot my system, then it said i was on 4.70 and it let me sign in... so anyone out there with a 4.66 Habib Cobra Cex that's stuck, just do as i did and it should work correctly like it did for me... Hope This Helped!

I used the sen enabler thing but I don't think it worked, because I don have any accounts on my ps3 because I soft bricked so I had to reinstall my cfw, but when I go to sign up so I can put my account back on and it says Connection to the server timed out.

Never heard of reinstalling firmware deleting your accounts??
