Yea i heard about GeoHot (A hacking GoD) hacking the system. NOw if we where to download games, it would still cost us $15 per game due to blue ray disc being costly. Then again for those with a big hard-drive, we might be all set. However hacking to play games downloaded online using a USB is a different story. I personally believe we can already burn the games. Its not hard.. I recommend buying Gamefly and burning the disc's from there.

I want to know where and how does this guy learn how to read computer programming like he does. If everyone knew how to read it like him then we would have no problem finishing off the ps3 hack. but as it stands hes the only one that i know of that is capable of figuring out the rest of the hack or exploit.

but like you said about the signs and packing all games or mp files are signed by a RSA 2048 bit encryption so if there was a homebrew to run unsigned code and install games to the hdd that would only be the option...

He is the only one who released the hack. There were others who know about it and who also worked on it. I know, a friend of mine modded his ps3 in a similar way to geohots hack about 4 months ago. He has now got read write access to all the system files aswell as removing iso protection. Homebrew, here we come.
