It will not work, Due to 3.50FW has change security files for Trophy folder. This is thrid time that Sony has change it, Trophy hacked app is useless but hex editer was the way to go but got patched in 3.50FW.

very thanks mc style hopefully they can fix the scorning 3:55 fw as they did with the 3.41

That was my first thought. But no, Trophy files won't store anywhere othewise files won't funtional probably. But there another Folder called DataBase which collect every information what's been running on the PS3, including Trophy information files.
Those Trophy info files only register on database when you earn Trophy legit way. By using Trophy hacked app won't register the trophy in the dataBase which maybe the reason it won't sync to PSN in the first place, but i don't know i could be wrong.

Database folder only found in your own account folder, not in dev-flash or hdd0. There should be 7 or 8 files in database folder, your legit GOWlll trophy information will only store there. (Not GOWlll Trophy files)
Your GOWlll Trophy files only store in Trophy folder in your own account. (just incase you need to know)
be carefull when you searching those Database files, because it still need to upload to PSN, if anything change Sony can easily see it if something change, not only that Sony can spot all the information what you have been doing on the PS3, like jailbrake, backup games, homebrew games, howebrew app and more.
Even you connect your internet to to your PS3 while your PSN still offline it still send database information to Sony, even you still on 3.41FW.
So just beware when you do it.
