Fileloader i hope your PS3 is only for offline.
It doesn't matter how many game you got it still be in same 101000000000006_1, but in order.
Database is like Time sheet record, and it store to sony server (bit like criminal record sheet)
How many hours you played Offline
How many hours you played Online
How many times you log on and log off (Date,Time and Year)
How many you sent message and revice message
All your message you send is saved to Sony server also same as your friend message saved too (incase of racist or insulting, which can be report)
How many PSN friends you got
How many PSN friends you delete
How many PSN friends you put in block list
How many Retail game you played on your PS3
How many PSN game you played
Blu-ray film and DVD also included
Trophy Information
Device USB information (Normal USB and Jailbreak Dongle)
and many more. Database collects everything what you been doing your PS3. Don't FORGET !!! Sony can use database for banhammer soon or later.
Quite alot people got their PSN account banned for gamesharing from Friends, If you played PSN game you don't owned and it show up on database and the same time its show no record of you buying that PSN on Playstation Stores. This is how Sony knows.
Sony can tell if you insert Jailbreak Dongle in PS3 (Device USB information) Also they can tell if you played Backed up on PS3 gamed on Harddrive same Trophy hacked application or Homebrew, Anything you activate will trigger to register to Database)

Nobody won't get banned from using jailbreak if only they used PS3 that's never goes online. Only if they accidentally connect internet while they still offline on the PS3 which automatically upload Database file to Sony server, if that happen Jailbreak owners will likely ****ed if banhmmer comes soon or later.
Beside that they won't able to access to PSN due to newer firmware, So you got nothing to worry about buddy.

what about this. format ur hdd , make sure everything is blank. play a game legit to platinum. start FTP and transfer ALL folders. Every folder in the root. save this. look around if there is the current session when ur using FTP or if its shown when ur done. search around for the blackb0x thing.
delete entries if u find some. now u have a clean backup on ur PC hdd which u must write on your ps3 and can sync to PSN.
if anybody else want tht platin - format hdd use ftp to transfer all the folders u saved on pc - start the game to make the trophies showable and sync ... =)

You can try, but very unlikely it will come back a same thing. Formating whole PS3 harddrive doesn't necessary mean it wipe out everything, Only little importance files will still be there. Possiblility Database and other files which keep the harddrive organize.
(But like i said you can try)
Possibility corrupted some of the files too (same thing i said on the very first post i made "be carefull when you searching those Database files, because it still need to upload to PSN, if anything change Sony can easily see it if something change"

I wont release anything ! and i've a job too as it system electronic so ive maybe time @ work to work
i think we should edit our posts here which public, tht isnt good.
