Based off of user's tests, you are able to get all of the trophies for the challenges, by completing one (1). Aswell, you can get the Perfect Knight and World's Greatest Detective by scanning the Warden's Office.

Heys good news, i switched to kmeaw and installed lv2 patch and then tried the hacks and they worked fine, i was on waninko previously, Thanks anyway hun!!!
