Based off of user's tests, you are able to get all of the trophies for the challenges, by completing one (1). Aswell, you can get the Perfect Knight and World's Greatest Detective by scanning the Warden's Office.

Looking at the thread, it looks like you get eight of the more difficult / time consuming trophies in the game.

i copied only param.pfd and payload files an still says corrupt data, i dont have cfw is that whats wrong.

CFW is needed.

I used the save provided but only have 80% of the Trophies. Am missing some:

Collect all Riddler Trophies
Discover Secret of Arkham
Defeat a Titan without using Baterang
Complete on Hard Mode

and some Challenge Trophies.

Anyone know where to get a save that will Pop these last few Trophies and provide the Platinum?
