Based off of user's tests, you are able to get all of the trophies for the challenges, by completing one (1). Aswell, you can get the Perfect Knight and World's Greatest Detective by scanning the Warden's Office.

Hi can i transfer des files only via USB device or it's mandatory to use file manager ?
and if it's the case , how can i find a file manager please ?

You need to have CFW on your PS3 to be able to use a file mamager, not sure if coping them by USB will work.

and i think same thing for FTP serveur on my compuer (i guess)
or i can download directly files to my computer then transfer to USB and then use filemanager via PS3 to over write data from USB to my PS3 ?

Ay I got all the challenge trophies to pop up after I completed one challenge and then got World's Greatest Detective to pop up after I scanned the one in the Warden's office, but that's it.

What did you scan in the wardens office?

Just look on the ground in detective mode.
