The toughest trophy I think out there is Burn Zombie Burn!'s Friend of d6 trophy.
All Developer medals.

treasure hunter in ffxiii and for that matter, 100%/platinum was a bit of a pain. not very difficult, but, extrememly time-consuming. i took my time going thru to make sure i searched everywhere and didn't miss anything.
i loved the game overall, but, in hindsight 125+ hours for 36 trophies is almost not worth all of the effort. i'm proud to have that platinum though...

it took me only 4 days from a thursday to a sunday to get a plat on this game i did it with one character and 4 play through's to earn all trophies and didn't have any help from friends
