The toughest trophy I think out there is Burn Zombie Burn!'s Friend of d6 trophy.
All Developer medals.

Estimated Difficulty: Impossible
The toughest trophy I have earned is Warhawk's Warhawk Award
Earn all in-game badges at Warhawk level.

Trying the game Tekken 6
That game has over 100 trophies and you have to play it a couple of time s to figure out how to get the trophies. The story is long as hell not even funny.

Grab some PSN/ 100% games dudes, what you call "tough" is medium difficulty out there
What about Gundemonium Recollection or GundeadliGne?

Bzb was at least mentioned
Alien Zombie Megadeath (gold trophy)

Crescent Pale Mist
Rock of the Dead
Still there are a handfull of insane trophies out there which might give you platinum too
Death Track Resurrection (100% complete)
Lost Planet 2 (all nom de guerre)
Green Day Rock Band (tre's greatest hits) <- toughest and only trophy i got from among them i mentioned...
Vid of me going for last beat out of tre's greatest hits - took me about 18hrs
