Copy the COALESCED_INT.BIN to hdd0/game/BLUS30650orBLES01133_INSTALL/USRDIR/BIOGAME/COOKEDPS3
It will ask if you want to overwrite the existing file, click yes.When you are on the game, just start up a new campaign, press right on the DPAD.In a few seconds and all the trophies will pop including the DLC. This can't get patched, if they do somehow release an update for this game, just decline it and do the trophies offline then quit the game and sign in and sync.

Thanks man but will this work without the update , I don't want to do transfer as I have many game on internal HDD( If not cant you post one for only original game platinum which I think many like me only care about without DLC)
