Copy the COALESCED_INT.BIN to hdd0/game/BLUS30650orBLES01133_INSTALL/USRDIR/BIOGAME/COOKEDPS3
It will ask if you want to overwrite the existing file, click yes.When you are on the game, just start up a new campaign, press right on the DPAD.In a few seconds and all the trophies will pop including the DLC. This can't get patched, if they do somehow release an update for this game, just decline it and do the trophies offline then quit the game and sign in and sync.

So far I have been able to swap the hardrives in my ofw and cfw.
So remove each hardrive in both ps3's and put in smaller ones in each ps3.
Install the updates and games I want to mod and data transfer to the cfw,add the hacks and data transfer back.
All my profiles are there already from previous data transfers so just put in the password do the hacks and sync.
Put back in the orginal hardrives

first off, thanks for this. i used it on my main account on my cfw worked like a charm. NOW, for some reason, cant get ME2 running properly again. i keep getting disc read error.!! how did that happen? it was working fine a few days ago. now all of a sudden it doesnt. its on my internalHDD. has this happened to anyone? how do i fix this? i cant do the instant plat on my other account because of this/ thanks
