Copy the COALESCED_INT.BIN to hdd0/game/BLUS30650orBLES01133_INSTALL/USRDIR/BIOGAME/COOKEDPS3

It will ask if you want to overwrite the existing file, click yes.When you are on the game, just start up a new campaign, press right on the DPAD.In a few seconds and all the trophies will pop including the DLC. This can't get patched, if they do somehow release an update for this game, just decline it and do the trophies offline then quit the game and sign in and sync.

could cb tell me why DLC trophy dont pop?? i must have this dlc on ps3??? or it should pop instantly?

you dont need the DLC, just have the latest update installed
