This is a blank save with 9999999 skill points, i have not even complete the tutorial on that save so its all up to you :p

I simply used game genie to mod the skill points

im new here and i know im probably gonna get hate for it, but does the ps3 need to be modded of some sort for this to work?

No. all you need to do is have Xploder or Game Genie for the ps3. download a modded game save and resign it with your game save. You can go to NGU store to check it out. Click on the Xploder for the ps3 and click on More Information and you can watch the video and do a little reading about some of the features.

This is not a plat. Its skills, but u start from the beginning of the game like normal....
