This is a blank save with 9999999 skill points, i have not even complete the tutorial on that save so its all up to you :p

I simply used game genie to mod the skill points

Only work if you resign your save with xploder or game genie..

Hey i tried this and completed a mission but when it ended i had 2000 skill points.... could you do this for me possibly? or give me a tut on how to do it properly?
