Apparently, there are hidden Survivors on the Street which randomly will appear.
But i only got one, then i got a message saying on the road somebody needs help and my PS3 freezed.

Well the last one i saw, where my PS3 freezed, where before the last big Mission Sherwood

These are all randoms:

Sarah Bell: found randomly when searching the town for supplies. She‘s on the roof of the gas station between Sedalia and Fontana.

Holly Gaines: found randomly traveling and encountering a supply event at a diner between Fontana and Barksdale. You know you‘ve got the right scenario when there are no walkers at the diner.

Ahmad Farran: found randomly traveling and encountering a survivor attack between Fontana and Barksdale.

Gloria Garcia: found randomly traveling and encountering a woman waving you down between Barksdale and Sherwood.

Shelley Berger: found randomly when searching an abandoned neighborhood between Barksdale and Sherwood. You will know you may have her if a wired fence is on your right when starting.
