ok Let's try this

On my Save I'm currently missing finnish a level using Only a Gun, Do not take Damage, Enter Sherwood with zero Survivors, and Travel once with every optional Survivor, I'm currently missing the one you get from those mini side missions where you go around picking up gas and such

So the same exact problem i have.
I have rescued every Mission survivor but 3 optional side mission survivors are missing.

Which one of these are you missing?

Sarah Bell – Encountered in Random Road Event Town between Sedalia and Fontana.
Ahmad Farran – Encountered in Random Road Event Campsite between Fontana and Barksdale.
Holly Gaines – Encountered in Random Road Event Dinner between Fontana and Barksdale.
Shelley Berger – Encountered in Random Road Event Abandoned Neighborhood between Barksdale and Sherwood.
Gloria Garcia – Encountered in Random Road Event Freight between Barksdale and Sherwood.
