The last gold brick can be obtained in a race. The race is located at the same level height as the helicarrier, above the water to the left of Kingpin Tower (On the map it is the icon of a Staff with a diamond).
Best character to use for the race Star guy (Guardians of The Galaxy). Use X button to ascend and O button to descend, don't be afraid to make sharp turns, but also make sure you don't spam the O or X buttons or you will fail.
Replaying missions from inside the Helicarrier will get you the story trophies.
For story related trophies, head inside the Helicarrier and go to the control panel, and replay the story missions. Load the mission, collect a few studs, then pause the game, choose "quit" then select "Save and Exit", it will then save and the trophy for that level should pop. Rinse and repeat for the rest of the story trophies.
Now use this Save and follow instruction:
For all Character trophies, purchase the final blacked out characters using this Save:

Update: sorry it took so long, the same wouldnt want to download after i got my ps3 fixed. so using legomsh9 save i have gotten Billionaire Philanthropist on load, changed to hulk for alter ego and im always angry, replayed the 1st mission and quit after i picked up a few stubs to get ultimate true believer, stan tastic and you win a no prize. used coulson to get the welcome to level 7, used stan lee and turned in to hulk for stands soapbox, as colossus i throw wolverine for fast ball special, and i went down to deadpools room in the helicarrier to read a comic for its me time. i tried to do the race with star guy but it very hard to control the flying. before starting to use this save i had 37% of the trophies and now i am at 79%. now using drnick201 save i needed to download the patch 1.03 of 79mbs and on load i got nothing but that doesnt mean you dont get anything by doing so. i opened the character menu and paid for the astonishing cyclops and got the following really, bad luck, guardians of the galaxy, zoo believer, i am iron man, avengers assembled, brotherhood. then it froze the game and i was forced to reset the PlayStation and have it check and restore files to the system. after waiting minutes i cheeked my trophies and i got 92% done after brotherhood. with only sinister six, to me, my xmen, post credit party and menace off magneto missing to plat. i am going to load up drnick201's save again to see if there is any of these 4 i can get them. I loaded the save and paid for the alternate costumes for electro and green goblin and the characters of mysterio and psylocke and i got the sinister six trophy. i am going to reupload this save to my ps3. i am still missing the xmen trophy that didnt seem to pop. I loaded the save again to buy psylocke and the alternate costume for cyclops and i didnt get the xmen trophy. i looked up what you need to unlock to get this trophy and from this same save from drnick201 you need to by polaris aswell for the to me, my x-men trophy. now with that i have 95% with only two trophies missing to plat. menace of magneto and post credit party. For the record i am using the digi psn download of the same the the saves worked fine without having to use the LEGMARCAR save package. i am going to upload the 1st save package from legomsh9 to see if i can get the post credit party and menace of magneto trophies there. Loading the save and going by the baxter building i did get the menace of magneto trophy and now for the last one that i need and it is to do a mission for post credit party. "As you complete the story, there will be 11 bonus missions that become available; one of them is called House Party Protocol. You don’t need any gold bricks to access it, so it unlocks fairly early in the game. It is located at Stark Tower, the Giant Avenger symbol on the map. Simply complete the mission and the trophy will pop at the end." this is from the trophy website. Simply go on top of stark tower to a door on your left. dead pool is hosting a party there. You will need to reassemble 3 party areas and win the dance off. for the trophy to pop. and it did for me. and i was able to get the plat. Thank you very much for this post and the saves. I hope my comment here helps people out with how to get the trophies later on. however i think it would be best to use drnick201's save 1st and then legomash9. that way you dont have to go back to it later.
PS. like i stated before i didnt have to you the LEGMARCAR save at all for the digi download game i am using.
PSS: does anybody know if these ps3 save can be in game cloud savable for the ps4 or vita versions?

Hi i've dowloaded your save and have some problems with story trophies..as in other LEGO games you only need to replay mission i story level collect some studs and trophy should pops but nothing happend
the same problem I have with LEGO lOTR i am wondering why?

FYI...I didn't have to use the "LEGMARCAR" file. Everything work flawlessly using the "legomsh9" file. I also didn't have to do that last race for the gold brick. Awesome!

For me the story trophies dnidn't pop...and how is this possbile that you didn't have to do the last race? I am finishing complete save set for this game so that every trophy can be unlocked in legit order..
