I've made a save set for VESSEL which includes each and every trophy. With this save set you can get 100% in less than 2 hours. Though I haven't checked it on dummy account, I did check some of the saves which I made at specific points in game. It shouldn't matter as I made every save before the trophy so you can just follow the guide included to get the trophies.
Some (i think 2 trophies) of the last trophies such as 'Its Darwinism' will require you to solve the puzzle so I've included the solution too.

PS: I've removed the .SFO files.

Yes did. The game fails. In your SFO file contains the head and the amount of collected things. And after Bruteforce that it is up and the game fails.

As long as the save isn't copy protected what you need to do is create a save on your account then move the sfo from the save you have just created & place it inside the save file you have downloaded & just resign the save. I take out the sfo files from my saves (Well I used to, cba no more) & add the one I created from my dummy account & I have no problems, however I do use xploder & I have known bruteforce has problems resigning saves without the sfo file (the original one anyway) hope this helps.
