I've made a save set for VESSEL which includes each and every trophy. With this save set you can get 100% in less than 2 hours. Though I haven't checked it on dummy account, I did check some of the saves which I made at specific points in game. It shouldn't matter as I made every save before the trophy so you can just follow the guide included to get the trophies.
Some (i think 2 trophies) of the last trophies such as 'Its Darwinism' will require you to solve the puzzle so I've included the solution too.

Hi ! Does someone succed the Internal Rejection trophy ? Some ppl say "
A couple ways to make these easier. For Internal rejection use the mini launcher. One shot of glow and one shot of protoplasm on the dark seed and the trophy will pop, eliminating the guessing for 50% by use of the basic sprayer. "
But I don't know what is the mini launcher, where I can find the Protoplasm in the labo, and what is the "glow" liquid...
I'm lost ! lol
EDIT : Ok ! I give the soluce if someone like me doesn't understand the game mecanism just with the save set.
With the "Internal rejection" save : You must go down on the south-est part of the labo, here you will have info on how to produce new Nozzle (the launcher for liquid, that you can change with the left/right multidirectionnal pad)
Select the nozzle that looks like a pointy finger : this launcher drop exact quantity of liquid! Perfect for this trophy.
Now with this nozzle drop 2 time Protoplasm (4th liquid can on the top left ATH, you have to stay down button to use it) and near this drop, drop a dark seed (last seed of the 5 different seed) and immediately drop 2 time the Green liquid !
It takes 5 time before I got the trophy, and I had to go up the lader in labo main part for doing it well

It should work if you successfully fix the machine. I don't specifically remember but you need to fix it then get out of the machine compound type area. And both trophies should unlock. Sorry, can't help more cuz it's been a year since i played it.
