And other question, if I kill the final boss on hard mode with cheats i will win the trophy?

With cheats you mean the invincibility glitch? If yes, you will unlock the trophies..

Anyone can reupload the Hint (49 of 50) savegame?

Yes, I have it and I don't need the saves.
