cd == Change Directory. I'm not sure if the way Swedish says that is maybe the command?
Also if it is on the desktop. you might need to "cd/Desktop/pack" or the Swedish version...

The original Region was BLES00684, I changed the region to 00683.
But the original patch havent the 2 files,too.

When I use b6ee and 158c6 I become -> 0000253d.dat .
The File is editable, but it is a small file and not like the normal Files, where I can change a lot.
The File begins with (maybe its an Information for you):

I honestly don' tknow. I have only mess with patches from my region...Maybe someone else will be able to help.

Its a modded version from tree patch, but with the normal tree patch everything works with your tutorial..... I changed the region, to the region from my normal tree patch...
