i know this works cause i have dont it a loads of times but recently when i do it i cant find 00014f51.dat file :/ the closed .dat file i find that looks like it is 00014bf1.dat. any ideas why this is happening??
So i type in offzip -a -z -15 patch_mp.ff ./ 0 in the command prompt and i get an error and it say that offzip isn't recognized as an internal or external command, operable file or batch file why?

just look for the next .dat in line. the stuff is probarly in there. the actual file names will depend on how the patch was put together.
Can someone help me with the AblabamaHit tool because it been working fine until a few days ago. Every time I make the _missions.gsc file and use the tool to decompress it, the tool puts it in the main folder the the Editable_files folder and its called 00000003.dat. Well I still edit the _Mission and i rename it to _Mission.dat then when I use the tool to re-compress it, the tool tells me there is no such file or dictionary _Mission.dat...I dont know what went wrong I always used this tool to edit patches and it worked fine until few days ago. I re-installed it several times and tried different patches. Someone please help, I don't wanna take 10 minutes doing it the manual way.
