Somehow they patch my private match xp (It involved signing out and signing back in) AND my secret prestige glitch project (Needed combat training prestiging...) I guess this ends my little ride. Thanks to everyone for thanking and nominating this thread. It means a lot to me. Sorry guys.

You need to buy them by getting currency with that controller. I just let my second controller win a few dom matches and I was able to buy it.

Not sure if anyone has noticed this yet but, If you buy a tac insert on your first controller and equip it, while your second controller is turned off, then back up to the main menu (not sure if you actually need to do this), when you turn your second controller on it will have tactical insertions already equipped. IMO this saves a little time, not having to get 2500 points on controller 2.
