Not the most beneficial test, but cuts down time I suppose.
Collecting a prize bubble will give you all of the prize bubble based trophies. Getting you any points will give you the 1mil points trophy. Completing a level from given sub-path will give that trophy ie The Islands. Shooting a paintball will give 5k shots fired trophy. Acing a level (I used the first of the Gardens) will give the Play trophy. Etc.
Play around with the save as you please....
Note: I have not tested anything online, so that may or may not give you more easily.
Thanks @ Nukester for confirming that the Share trophy will pop up if you go online with the save.

make sure you have at least one extra save on your USB drive that is yours, this way, and ONLY this way can you resign your save properly when you drag it back onto your memory card in xploder.

You don't get the trophies just for loading it, you have to like collect 1 prize bubble for all prize bubbles or, play 1 level on each path to pop that paths trophy etc. you have to do a part of what is needed for each trophy

Ive tried this with and without Xploder and it loads fine - but the game tells me that its someone elses save and the trophies will not unlock.
Im using the PSN version of LBP. Any ideas?
EDIT: I just got it working. You need to copy everything (except the .PNG and .SFO) from the HACKED save file into YOUR save file, then use Xploder to copy YOUR file from Memory Stick into PS3 Game Saves - then copy back from Game Saves into Memory Stick (Then overwrite). Easy
