Not the most beneficial test, but cuts down time I suppose.
Collecting a prize bubble will give you all of the prize bubble based trophies. Getting you any points will give you the 1mil points trophy. Completing a level from given sub-path will give that trophy ie The Islands. Shooting a paintball will give 5k shots fired trophy. Acing a level (I used the first of the Gardens) will give the Play trophy. Etc.
Play around with the save as you please....
Note: I have not tested anything online, so that may or may not give you more easily.

ok im confused... i have LBP on PSN downloaded on my PS3... and I DONT see the save file...is there one?.. or is it just internal and for this save i'll need a disk?
I got the disk..and i still dont see any save data on the ps3..just profile & update in GAME data utility.. help please

i made this save today and figured i'd share it with everyone. the directions are in the .rar file but here it is anyways:
copy this 0 file and overwrite it to your profile.
load lbp to your pod then goto settings and select import profile.
when it loads to your pod, goto your created levels and select tools. go over to "rod" and select the tutorial and complete it.
once completed, trophy will pop.
