With the recent influx of bannings on all consoles, there are too many threads being made on how not to get banned, and theories and methods on not getting banned.
We need to keep them all organized and in one place so from now on, (Goes for all sections) they will be posted here.
Currently working method: ItzHazy Mods found this working Anti-Ban.

Quick question. Basically your saying delete black ops patch on cfw 3.55. than update to ofw 3.56. and i wont be console banned? Do i have to delete the account i did the 15th hack on from my ps3? and when i update, is it safe to update from cfw 3.55 to ofw3.56 directly? It wont brick my sp3 or anything right?

im thinkin someone could maybe downgrade to say 3.55 cfw then run linux or some operating system use command prompt or whatever to maybe change the PS-ID? but then its what would you change it to, you would need to find eather a friend than has an unbanned console or get a list of working PS-ID's? idk im a noob i just wanna play BO again..

If I Only Hacked On MW2 Not Black Ops Then I Updated To 3.56 Will I Get Banned? I Never Touched The BO Patch! But I If I were to Full Restore(System) Deleting All Patches and Homebrew, Use A NEW Account Will IGet Banned?
Now That I Have Relized it I Have deleted The BO patch a while back in january before 3.56 and all i Have is MW2 on Kmeaw... So Will I get Banned if I never played Black ops with their patch on my PS3?

hey so i got perma banned on my slimline ps3, i tried loads of stuff posted here. i tried putting a new hard drive into my console and when i turned it on it came up with this.
the system software cannot be restarted, the system partition of the hard disk must be formatted and you must reinstall the system sofware. connect storage media that contains update data of version 3.56 or later, and then press start and select buttons and the same time. for info on how to obtain update dat , refer to the sce website for your region.
can any1 help me on why this wont work in my ps3, and how to get it to work.
also do u think il now be unbanned?

Just too let you know that it does not work if you are console banned on 3.55 and then you update as I have tried it. I was console banned on 3.55. Did your method and still console banned. If anyone knows why this happened. Let me know
