There have been add-ons and etc.. to these as we all know but let's to get to the discussion below.



In this thread there will be a poll on which Game do you think was most successful/the one you liked the most.
I end up in the category of Starting to play the "Cod" Series was in World at War and in Cod4. I remember when those we 2 great games that were out. Always when I got home I use to Jump on Cod4 and W@W.

I know we all had great times if you ever played those call of duty games above but in the real fact look who started it all. Infinity Ward and published by Activision. Infinity ward knew what the customers wanted and so they got down to business and produced us the "Cod" Series for gamers.

After playing legit for awhile in those games but there was a nudge and we call those people the Modders and Hackers. I have no biggie with them at all. I can see why they do it because playing a legit game over and over can get boring so they decide to change it up a bit. It's fun when you get to see what you can actually do and make. It's only when they start to effect you in a negative way. Then the producers got smart and decided to patch lot's of things once they got big. That brings me to a question. What first mods do you guys remember? I remember doing the Cod4 Mods with the Usb and even the Ufo Hack. Then I can not forget the World at war mods via transfer cable with Hex Editor. I would like to see what you guy's have to say about all of this.


Then came the glitches and tricks and yes bring on the glitches and tricks. The old Cod4 bounces, Even the Elevators that people found. Those can get you out of the map. Just tricks even that would give you something to do.

I would like to hear all of your opinions on what you want to say. I loved all of these games and everything you could do with them but then here comes CALL OF DUTY BLACK OPS. I'm not saying this is a bad game but seriously there is something wrong with it. I use to have that urge to play all the other Cod's up to this one. Black Ops does that have that feeling like the others did. These is like a joke to me this game. It's like they put it together real quick. What makes me mad is what they added to it before looking into other things. I mean really come on a "Report" Button? Wtf is that? They could have improved the graphics much more but no we have to put in a report button and features to ban people forever form this game. I thought at first this would be a great game but it is just not the same it is like a was expecting something bigger and better.

There is lot's more things that I can rant on about but I just wanted to get some things out there about the Series and see what is it like to you guy's?

I had CoD2 for PC and CoD3 for Wii. I didn't play CoD2 online that much, I sucked lol. Then obviously the Wii sucks too. Once I got CoD4 for Xbox that was it. I loved the CoD series. CoD4 was one of my favorite games I have ever played. I miss it. All these kill streaks, pro perks, attachments, extra equipment, and changes they have made ruined how great it used to be in my opinion. The only good things have been host migration, game winning killcams, and theater. Imagine CoD4 with those things?

I've only played ModernWarfare 2 and Blackops. I go for ModernWarfare 2. I know it sucks but I like it for the sake of it.

I've played Call of Duty since Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. I remember it back then, I was addicted to the Wii, and always that it was the greatest, but when I hear about Grand Theft Auto 4 coming out for PS3 and 360, and not for Wii, I just had to get the PS3. So I go to the store and got the PS3, and when the GameStop cashier told my mom about the bad stuff in GTA 4, I ended up buying Call of Duty 4. Sad part is, I never had online back then. So, I NEVER played online on CoD 4 when it was out, but about a week before W@W came out, I finally got wireless internet or something, and was able to play CoD 4 online for about 5 days, and then the greatest game of all time came out:

Call of Duty: World At War.

This game changed my video game experience forever! After getting this game, I basically forgot about my Wii, forgot about all my other games, and just played that. I loved those elevator glitches, and my favorite glitch of all time in that game: Going under Castle. I loved doing it, running against the wall, and owning people from under them. Those were the good times. Zombies was another AMAZING addition to the game. I only found out about zombies after 5 months of playing multiplayer. And then the worst thing that can happen. I was 9th Prestige level 63, and I was ready to go 10th, and guess what happens. I accidentally unsaved my password, and my password was forever lost. I forgot the DoB I put in, so I could never recover it.

In the end, W@W was the greatest. I still play that game when I get tired of Black Ops.

After playing W@W, I thought MW2 would be just as good, if not better, but I was extremely disappointed. I didn't enjoy it as much as I enjoyed W@W, and the only reason I still have Black Ops is the ZOMBIES.

Every other CoD has me motivated to play it, Black Ops isn't like that.

COD 4 I remember not having online and people talking about Live and I remember once I got that game I started playing games a lot more and more. I made it to 8th prestige in 1 month and then i started to see people to glitches so I google and bam NGU and thats my story but i remember when i was a kid playing call of duty 1 those were the days
