A threat is nothing. They know that Sony can't get them with violating the DMCA so they're fine.

I have said this from the start, im not really interested in Homebrew tbh. I can do all that on my PC! Piracy and Hacking online games is what made Sony try and patch cfw, if people were only using it to run emus they wouldnt have a care in the world. But thats not the realitly. All i want my PS3 to do is play PS3 games!
If gaming goes the route of the music industry we wont see any games in 10 years time... Call of Duty can go die, every year its the same game!
