Whats going on is Many people PS3's are gettnG Viruses Because of the update sony put on it.... This is really important.. Yez i Understand what ur Saying guyz But Participate N Go To The Links givin heree N Read Them.... If U Participate N Ur Acc. BEen Bannd Or Even IF u dont like ur ps3 Sony will Be Force to Give U New PS3 i Dont Know What Were Going to get if we win But Juzt Do IT..... Sonys Going to Be SUED N WE Need HELp From Every1 :evil:

Email every editor of every print and online game magazine you can find. Lead them to this issue and this site so everyone affected will know where to go to get info on the class action suit petition.
The more people we have ready when the paper work is filed and the more noise we make about the issue now, the faster Sony will get what they deserve when damages are due. Don't worry about if Sony post a fix soon. The 2 weeks of damage has already been done, and they have continued to profit from repair costs and new console sales by not issuing a public statement after the issues occurred or issuing a disclaimer prior to posting versions 1 or 2 of 3.56.
Sony has been sued before for the 3.0 update for the exact same reason. I'll be contacting that attorney on Monday for more information.

OH my god I didn't know, Geesh this is atleast the 5th time I been bricked then. I thought bricking was your PS3 was no longer functional.
As far as Bugs, I have not seen any, but I have not taken my PS3 online since the update. Once I figured out Sony was trying to snoop the systems.
What you have to realize with Sonys RootKit is it does not limit them to running just one piece of code in the background. They can run all sorts of code in the background from how to hack your internal network, to brute force password ulitities, To open your routers to what ever they choose. Snooping around in any system PC, PS3,XBOX even Internt ready TVs.
Do I think they will go that far, NO. But the ROOTKit gives them the ability to. It is a grose invasion of privacy.

2: NO - Bricking is not the same as being banned from PSN. Believe me, when your bricked you'll bloody know about it.
