The more people we have ready when the paper work is filed and the more noise we make about the issue now, the faster Sony will get what they deserve when damages are due. Don't worry about if Sony post a fix soon. The 2 weeks of damage has already been done, and they have continued to profit from repair costs and new console sales by not issuing a public statement after the issues occurred or issuing a disclaimer prior to posting versions 1 or 2 of 3.56.



Sony has been sued before for the 3.0 update for the exact same reason. I'll be contacting that attorney on Monday for more information.

They can't legally brick your console for a breach of ToS, all they can do is ban you from PSN.

Bricked Ps3 Console means that sony sends a special agent to your house, asks to see your ps3, then takes his bag from his back opens it, and throws bricks at your playstation 3, to make it nonfunctional.

I'm kidding, but in all seriousness. I advise people look @ elite2011s Post, Sony can't legally brick your Ps3 because you did something against the tos, they only can Psn ban you.

Why do we say this? Because.. when you went to gamestop, or wherever you went, To buy your console, the casheer didn't hand you a tos to sign before you bought the console, however you did have to accept Tos while you were Online, connect to the internet, using sonys services.

Appreciate you trying to help others including yourself except think about it you were using CFW obviously thats a reason why your console is bricked.

Banned- You cannot use the PSN account that has been banned, just make another one.

Bricked- When you turn on your PS3 you get a black screen in which you cannot use the PS3, get a new one.

You were breaking their rules and regulations including terms of use so they won't give you a new PS3. Good luck.

Its your hardware you can do as you please its there firmware they can do as they please and PSN network is also all sce and they can do as they please.
