Whats going on is Many people PS3's are gettnG Viruses Because of the update sony put on it.... This is really important.. Yez i Understand what ur Saying guyz But Participate N Go To The Links givin heree N Read Them.... If U Participate N Ur Acc. BEen Bannd Or Even IF u dont like ur ps3 Sony will Be Force to Give U New PS3 i Dont Know What Were Going to get if we win But Juzt Do IT..... Sonys Going to Be SUED N WE Need HELp From Every1 :evil:

We are currently preparing a class action lawsuit against Sony. A petition will be available on that forum and Facebook shortly. Stay tuned."
Email every editor of every print and online game magazine you can find. Lead them to this issue and this site so everyone affected will know where to go to get info on the class action suit petition.
The more people we have ready when the paper work is filed and the more noise we make about the issue now, the faster Sony will get what they deserve when damages are due. Don't worry about if Sony post a fix soon. The 2 weeks of damage has already been done, and they have continued to profit from repair costs and new console sales by not issuing a public statement after the issues occurred or issuing a disclaimer prior to posting versions 1 or 2 of 3.56.
Sony has been sued before for the 3.0 update for the exact same reason. I'll be contacting that attorney on Monday for more information.

YUP, your right, as much as i would like to win a new ps3 slim , bricking is different , its not being able to turn on yo ur ps3 at all, banned is not able to sign in cuz of our own hackerish actions.

i think the reason peoples ps3 are messing up is becuz of the firmware but becuz sony released it out too fast only to block hackers from doing whatever they were doing at the time. and becuz of that , they didnt test the firmware out thourouly enough, basically, they didnt test it enough, and so it turns out it had a bunch of important bugs, and now they are getting sued, i for one, cant even update from 3.41 modified to 3.55 or anything!!! i cant even go to 3.56 if i wanted to, now i got this marvel vs capcom 3 shiniy new game collecting dust. THANKS SONY. GO SUCK A NUT!!!
