Are you stupid if they make us pay then their probably renting better servers for us so we get better experience.

You can't rely on sources or rumours, if you are going to post something atleast make it 90% accurate. If sony does do this look at the negatives such as; loss of sales.
But there is some positives such as; better servers.
I would personally play for PSN as I think it would improve but I see what your getting at and spamming them will not help it if it is true.
