So where do we get off this idea that if we start paying sony for PSN everything will be just OK..... LETS NOT BE NAIVE........
even if we pay for PSN, do u REALLY think sony's security will get BETTER? HELLL NOOO...... Hackers will still fawk up sony no matter what......rightly so....
Listen...this thread is not about complaining, its all about sony's ineptitude to do things right in the 1st place.....

Theres stuff about it everywhere. And anyone who thinks Xbox is better is just plain incompetent. You're just a rep whore trying to get a few thanks like the thousand other people making pointless threads ranting about bullshit complaining because technology isn't perfect and sometimes shit just doesn't go like you want it to. It's obviously a massive server they're trying to fix how can you honestly complain? It's a wonder we even have internet, or lightbulbs or electricity for that matter. Get over it.

I respect ur opinion and know exactly where u are coming from.... but in all fairness to consumers, most of us buy these games with the stipulation that we will play online....its almost like its included in the game package when we buy the game or at least assumed into the retail cost of the game....

Quit thinking you're all high and mighty with your big bold text. What are you talking about sony's free online being a "relative" term? They recieve all of the same funds as Xbox would as far as DLC and online shopping, but they get nothing for you to be able to use the services. they use money gained from all other aspects of sales to run their online servers where as xbox makes users pay a separate fee to run the online portion. I wouldn't care if we had to pay but we never will so it doesn't matter. Most of the people playing Xbox have their parent pay and still bitch about it just to have something to bitch about.

Ya. But Sony told the public they are the ones who brought down PSN for maintenance because their was an "extrusive intrusion"
