This definitely wasn't advertised as part of the Welcome Back program and I know the US haven't gotten this game on their store.

Looks like my download list has stuff out of order and even things I don't remember buying.

Only the PAL areas and US stores are going live today
Hong kong and asian areas no word yet. I guess by the end of the week

I download some stuff off my list later , once the store under less traffic
