This definitely wasn't advertised as part of the Welcome Back program and I know the US haven't gotten this game on their store.

Looks like my download list has stuff out of order and even things I don't remember buying.

Hard to tell about anything else of interest, keep getting errors.

There will be when the restore the store fully (no more errors) and start the Welcome Back program, plus you'll get those free avatars and dynamic themes to keep with free PS+ for a month (meaning you'll also get other games to use within that month)

As of the DLC and other stuff the store is missing i am assuming that the store will update today worldwide at 5pm GMT (UK Time) because thats when it usually does XD

Are you sure you're missing anything? I've noticed a lot of my old stuff is now on the top of my download list, despite it being from when I first used PSN. Maybe your stuff is just out of order too.

I found myself with Wipeout HD+Unlocker and I am not sure how I got it. Was it given away for free on PS+ at any point?

Nah man i personally am not missing anything, i just gave that as an example in case of some other people.
