Same here. My 80gig (Fat) been working perfectly for 3 years.

i have had 2 ps3's but my phat have YLOD 3 times nd i fix it without even opening it but yea

nope it wudnt turn on at all soon as i took the hdmi out it would switch on

had my ps3 for a month then i sold it but while i had it it was freezing every 3 days so i assume it was going to ylod soon so 1ylod 4 me

Had my 60GB Fat from release date with no problems at all.

I have to 2 PS3's. One has had the YLOD 4 times and other is showing early signs of a possible YLOD failure.

Ive had my 160 phat one for 3 years and nothing. The I can hear the fan but its from dust so I vaccum it and its gone ,ive also had 2 slims and one of them stop reading games but I got it fixed at sony, had an xbox and I swear 3 months and gor red light of death, and I like xbox too
